Equity Research Desk
The Equity Research Desk runs fundamental research and portfolio construction across US and EU markets, pairing company-level diligence with institutional-grade process.
On the desk, analysts bring updated models and thesis reviews to weekly meetings, presenting to their sector lead and peers before any note goes out the door. This is the same scrutiny a pitch would face on a real buy-side desk. Coverage doesn't stop at initiation: every earnings release, guidance update or industry catalyst triggers a re-underwrite, so members are updating an active thesis rather than filing a one-time report, and the strongest calls make it through to our Publications library.

Our view: The market prices RKLB as a launch provider while the company operates as a vertically-integrated defense infrastructure supplier earning toll-road economics across satellites ($1.3B SDA backlog), components (GEOST sensors to competing primes), and HASTE hypersonic testing (monopoly provider).
How it works,
From the Analyst Program to Sector Coverage
The Entry: the Analyst Accelerator Program (AAP)
The Analyst Accelerator Program (AAP), formerly known as the Junior Analyst Program (JAP), is a 10-week analyst accelerator program where students learn and apply the fundamentals of Equity Research through our Business, Management, Financials, Valuation and Thesis model, to initiate on a company. Successful analysts are extended a return offer in our Sector Coverage teams.
Sector Coverage Teams
Sector Coverage teams are full-time analysts covering one of our coverage sectors, spanning US and EU markets. They initiate and pitch every two months, and keep active coverage post-initiation by issuing notes after earnings or catalysts throughout the year. ER analysts can potentially exit after a few months into the PM team as a buy-side analyst.
